| Mission: |
D1’s mission is to provide the highest quality sports training and physical therapy to its clients by offering a level of dedication and intensity every athlete needs to succeed in sports…and in life.
|
| Products / Services: |
| Sports Training: |
D1’s core business is sports training and it is
the foundation of each D1 facility. D1 Sports Training is intense, hard-core sports
training provided in our state of the art sports training facilities, with multiple
locations. We offer performance training designed solely to make the athlete faster,
stronger, more agile and explosive. We also offer sport-specific training, designed
to target athletic ability in the sport in which the athlete competes. D1 is not a
health club; it is a functional sports training center for people to maximize their
athletic potential.
|
| Sports Therapy: |
As part of our comprehensive approach to performance enhancement, our
D1 Sports Therapy business segment provides rehabilitative physical therapy to our athletes
and clients. Our sports therapy programs are specifically designed with the athlete in
mind to facilitate a quick and safe return to the field of competition. Our sports therapy
program includes a detailed protocol for each type of injury. D1 sports therapists guide
patients through intermittent steps, gradually increasing in difficulty and range of motion,
which replicate the patient’s movements during competition. By following this protocol,
recovery time for the athlete is decreased.

|
| Wellness Center Management: |
We manage corporate wellness centers, providing on-site sports
training, fitness programs, nutrition advice, and medical screening services to mid-size to
large corporations to improve the health and wellness of their employees, increase employee
productivity, reduce absenteeism, and lower health related costs. D1 will assist the client
in setting up the wellness center, when necessary, and will staff and actively manage the
wellness center and all wellness programs for the corporate client. We provide our corporate
wellness clients with an upbeat, high-energy atmosphere and train the corporate employees in
small groups, which simulates a “team” setting, which is important in the workplace.
|
| D1 Store: |
We offer a wide range of functional Under Armor apparel products with the “D1” logo.
These products may be ordered online through our website and some products are available in the
D1 training facilities. Each D1 training facility offers sports drinks and supplements.
